Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st April 2022

At Diamars, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is meticulously inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our highest standards. As our jewellery is often made-to-order or customized, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at orders@diamars.com with the following:

  • Order number
     
  • Clear photographs and/or video showing the defect or damage
     
  • Description of the issue
     

Our customer care team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.

If the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect, we will:
 

  • Replace the item, at no additional cost to you
     

Please note that items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Damages

In case your product has been damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We require the damaged item to be returned for inspection.
